Terms & Conditions
- You must arrive on time for your appointment.
- We do not offer any free makeup services. Please do not request them.
- Please leave expensive items (gold, cash, cards, jewellery) at home. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
- No guests are allowed with brides inside the studio. Guests must wait in the waiting area.
- If you do not wish your pictures to be posted on social media, please inform us in advance.
- If your photographer is accompanying you for a getting-ready shoot, please inform us.
- Travelling charges are extra. Parking and toll fees are not included.
- Charges for flowers, hair accessories, eyelashes, and lenses are extra.
- 50% advance payment is required for booking. The advance is non-refundable.
- If an appointment is canceled after booking, the due payment must still be made.
- Please inform us about extra people at least 10 days before your booking date.
- Any misbehavior toward Neelu or the staff will not be tolerated.
- Bring all your jewellery, outfit, accessories, and reference pictures for your look and hairstyle.
- If any attempt of fraud occurs, full payment with compensation must be made. Legal action will be taken.
- Please inform us about any allergies, product reactions, or skin conditions during booking.
- Arrive with a clean face (without makeup) for the best results.
