Neelu Agarwal is a professional makeup artist from Jaipur known for her creativity, perfection, and elegant bridal transformations. She has worked with over 300+ brides and countless clients for parties, fashion shoots, and special events across Rajasthan, Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Madhya Pradesh.
Before becoming a full-time makeup artist, Neelu was a multi-talented individual experienced in dance choreography, Zumba, modeling, stitching, fashion styling, and skincare expertise. Her artistic background and understanding of facial aesthetics make her one of the most trusted names in the beauty industry.
She has successfully completed 5 professional makeup batches, 7 online self classes, and 10 one-to-one personal sessions. Her passion for teaching and empowering other artists led her to start her own institute registered under the Rajasthan Government.

Makeup With Neelu Academy
The Makeup With Neelu Academy (नीलू प्रशिक्षण संस्थान) is officially registered with the Rajasthan Government under Registration No. 2022/JAIPUR/203501. The academy provides professional courses in Makeup, Hair, and Beauty with certified government recognition.
The courses cover every major field of makeup including Air Brush, HD, Bridal, Haldi, Engagement, and Party looks. Each module includes advanced topics such as Skin Preparation, Foundation Theory, Color Theory, Eye Makeup, Brushes, Product Knowledge, and Professional Vanity Setup.
Students also learn real-world business skills such as social media handling, portfolio building, client management, and marketing. After course completion, every student receives a government certificate, a trophy, and continuous mentorship to start their professional journey.
Over the years, the academy has trained hundreds of students who now work independently or with reputed beauty brands across India.
